Grup Flaix was seeking a reliable technological partner that they could trust. They needed a team with exceptional communication skills and specialized knowledge to help them achieve their goals. Given that they did not have an in-house engineering team, we gladly stepped up to the plate and offered our expertise.
Flaix FM and Flaixbac (Flaix Group) are among the most popular music radio stations in Catalonia. Radio is still a very traditional industry, and changes take time. However, they are committed to starting their digital transformation and leading change in the industry.
Since they did not have an in-house development team, they required an agency that could commit not only to the engineering aspect, but also to the product level.

The original idea was to begin developing new products for the company. However, after our initial analysis, we identified several problems that needed to be addressed. As a team, we prioritized these issues based on their severity and developed a plan to address all of them.
We spent many days analyzing all the pieces that have been developed over the years in-depth to understand where we stood. After this was done, we created a list of priorities and began executing them.
The objective is to always provide maximum value, ensuring that each delivery is the one that makes the most sense at that moment.
Since JavaScript is our specialty, we are keeping some parts of the existing JavaScript source code and creating new pieces. We are working on this project using Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and React Native for the apps.
They had a very low level of trust with other agencies, and at the same time, we knew that there were many simple actions that could be taken from the beginning to improve the client's situation.
We have been transparent and communicative since the beginning. As a result, we are now a team with the same objective. Our most significant accomplishment to date has been establishing clear objectives for the short, medium, and long terms.
This has provided Flaix with a clear map of where we currently stand. By doing so, all individuals involved can understand the technical decisions we made, and The Crafters Lab is not seen by Flaix as a black box where requirements go in and code comes out.
